Welcome to Customer Services

Customer Services employees 144 people and manages through Vertex, the Contact Birmingham service of 125 staff. Customer Services has two main roles:-

  • to provide customer focused and cost effective support to the Resources Department and

  • to provide corporate leadership and support to the whole Council in Procurement and that adds value and reflects better practice
