Memorial Packs
You can request a memorial pack consisting of a brochure, application forms, price list and a copy of the Rules and Regulations by submitting a request using Online Ordering / Enquiries, telephoning the appropriate Crematorium or calling in at the office. You will find contact details in Address and Telephone numbers

Payment methods
You may pay for a service by credit/debit card when making an online request for a service or credit/debit card at the crematorium office or giving the credit/debit card details over the phone or by cheque made payable to 'Birmingham City Council' - Please note that cash payments will not be accepted. Cash is not held on any of our sites.
