You are invited to join the local Birmingham DharmaMind Buddhist Group meditation meetings. Held every Tuesday at 7.30pm in Alcester Road South, Kings Heath
A senior member of the group will be on hand to teach meditation to complete beginners and answer your questions on what it takes to start a regular meditation practice.
