Shining Stars is one of the highlights of the Adults and Communities calendar.

Our Directorate now has additional responsibility for delivering Housing Related Support and elements of Public Health as well as Adult Social Care.

Shining Stars is our way of recognising, celebrating and rewarding the work of our staff, service user, carers’ and volunteers for the part they play in helping to provide positive outcomes for adults in Birmingham.

From our humble beginnings in 2005 we are able to announce that this year our prestigious ceremony will take place on the 4th October 2013 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

Nominations

Nominations can be made by anyone, in any or all of the 7 categories using the form at the end of this page.

The deadline for your nominations is Wednesday 27th June.

Sponsorship

Adults and Communities value the cash investment received from our stakeholders and partners. The provision of sponsorship enables us to hold this ceremony which celebrates those who have gone the extra mile to support Birmingham’s most vulnerable adults.

This year we are seeking cash investment in return for excellent brand profiling opportunities.

Please contact the Communications Team to discuss further.
