Asylum Seekers:
If you are seeking asylum and haven't yet registered your claim you should contact the Immigration Services at Solihull as quickly as possible to apply for asylum. But you can only use this service if you:
- have dependant children under the age of 18
- are under the age of 16 and have no one else with you
- are pregnant
- have special needs.
If you are supported by the UK Border Agency (UKBA)
If you are an asylum seeker waiting for a decision on your application and the UKBA has provided accommodation, you should first seek help and advice from the person who is housing you. They will be able to help you get the service you need.
