Room Hire


We are pleased to be able to offer rooms in four of our parks that are suitable for meetings,conferences and training courses. All are within buildings located in beautiful parkland settings. Facilities include toilets, on-site franchised cafes and free parking nearby.

Parks with rooms available are:

  • Kings Heath Park, Vicarage Road, Kings Heath, B14 7TQ (meeting rooms)
  • Lickey Hills Country Park, Warren Lane, Rednal, B45 8ER (community room)
  • Woodgate Valley Country Park, Clapgate Lane, Bartley Green, B32 3DS (community room)
  • Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park (community room)

We would advise you to inspect the room and facilities prior to confirming the booking to make sure that it is suitable for your needs.

Essential Information
  • The Hirer, who must be at least 18 years old, is the person responsible for the hiring charges and for ensuring that the teams and conditions are duly observed. Please see attachments for Terms and Conditions.

    Confirmation of Booking

    If the room is available we will send a booking form for you to complete and return with the required deposit/payment. The booking will be confirmed in writing by us on receipt of the completed booking form and payment.

    2016/17 Charges - These change on a yearly basis

    A.Meeting rooms (upto 10 people) are £22 per hour

    B. Community rooms (upto 30 people) are £27 per hour

    There are concessions for block bookings.

    • Meeting rooms can hold up to 10 people.
      Community room holds up to 30 people.

    • The rooms can be hired, subject to availability, seven days a week, 364 days a year, 9am – 5pm.

    • Some rooms are not suitable for entertainment. If you want to provide your own entertainment in a community room you need to request this on your application form and you may need to apply for an entertainment licence.

    • Currently none of our available rooms have IT facilities.

    • Rooms generally have chairs and tables, any other equipment required should be requested, there may be charges for this.
