Grounds for review relate to the following licensing objective(s):
The prevention of Crime & Disorder
Reasons: A review of the Premises Licence is being sought by the Chief Inspector of Weights & Measures following an inspection of the premises on 19 November 2015 when a quantity of illicit alcohol and illicit cigarettes were found on the premises.
The application for review of the above premises may be inspected by appointment at the Licensing Section, Ashted Lock, Build 1 – 3, Ground Floor, Birmingham Science Park Aston, Dartmouth Middleway, Aston, Birmingham, B7 4AZ. The Licensing Register can be viewed at www.birmingham.gov.uk
Any representations by other persons and responsible authorities regarding the review must be made in writing between the following dates:
12th February 2016 to 10th March 2016
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
