Since April 2011, the Council has been using a single process to support the third sector in applying for grant funding. The changes resulted after considerable consultation with the local third sector.
The Grant Funding Guidance and Toolkit
The purpose of the Grant Funding Guidance and Toolkit is to:
- support Birmingham City Council's statutory duty to safeguard children and vulnerable adults,
- ensure value for money, and,
- enable the process to be consistent, transparent and fair.
