The City Council's Constitution
The City Council moved to an Executive Cabinet Model with effect from its Council Meeting in December 2001.
A copy of the approved Constitutional documents - which consist of two Volumes - is reproduced below. .
Changes to the Constitution were approved at the City Council's AGM in May 2012 and further amendments were made in October 2012.
