Concerned about a Child?
This page is known as: www.birmingham.gov.uk/concerned
You do not need to know everything about the child and what is happening; you may just be worried, concerned or feel that something is not right.
The Information, Advice and Support Service (IASS) provides a single point of contact for professionals and members of the public who want to seek support or raise concerns about a child.
The IASS provides:
- an accessible and responsive service;
- screening of assessments to determine appropriate action;
- advice about support available; and
- referrals to the most appropriate services.
