With direct flights to over 110 destinations worldwide, Birmingham Airport is a key hub for international arrivals and departures to and from the city.

The airport can be easily accessed by public transport 24 hours a day (the 97A bus operates an hourly overnight service between the airport and Birmingham city centre). Arriving by train, passengers can use the free Air-Rail Link monorail system for the two minute journey between Birmingham International Station and the airport terminal. Local buses stop at Birmingham International Station and at the airport terminal, and a number of coach operators also serve the airport.

It is possible to arrive at the airport on foot or by bicycle, and free short term cycle parking is available near the airport terminal.

The airport is served by a taxi rank outside the arrivals area, and on-site car parks and motorbike parking are available within a short distance of the terminal building.
