I personally find Sandra very professional in her conduct and skilled to a high level which she demonstrates daily in the delivery of the catering service at St Brigid’s Catholic School. Sandra runs many regular theme days and recently hosted a special visit from Wallace & Gromit characters which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

Sandra consistently delivers an excellent service whilst ‘Beating the Budget’ each year and has an extensive knowledge of all the catering costs within the kitchen. Many of the Catering staff have dual appointments and will always help out when cover is required on the cleaning at St Brigid’s School plus several members of Sandra’s team have assisted when required at other local sites including the provision of emergency conveyed meals to ensure children at other schools not just her own receive a hot, healthy, tasty school lunch.

Sandra truly deserves her dedication to be rewarded!” 

“Sandra and the kitchen staff are a brilliant part of St Brigid’s school. They go above and beyond for our pupils, always thinking of ways to make lunchtimes a really enjoyable experience for the pupils. They make sure that the food is nicely presented and their approach to themed days is great. They get involved with all aspects of school life- dressing up for World Book day is one example.

Nothing is ever too much for the team. Anything you ask for you always get with a smile. They go above and beyond- a brilliant team who we adore!
