Annette Davis at Calshot Manor is awarded Employee of the Month.

Annette has been placed into this school to cover since January. Initially to work with the existing supervisor, Annette has worked with the catering team and school to revamp the catering offer.
Numbers are on the increase and she often has a queue of staff in the morning waiting to find out what the soup of the day is and to order their lunch.
Annette’s ‘can do’ attitude is again working well in another school.
Head Teacher Wayne Simner commented , Annette has been working in my school now for over a month and she has completely changed the ethos. Staff and children alike now gravitate towards the kitchen as they are intrigued to see 'what is on offer' for the day. Even our parents now speak about 'the cook' and the joy and enthusiasm that she brings to our school. It is very clear that Annette takes a pride in her creations and she revels in the enjoyment that her cooking brings to other people. It is advocated that the kitchen is the 'heart' of every home and Annette has definitely made our kitchen the 'heart' of our school.'
