Employee of the month - July

Congratulations to Melanie Beddoes from Colmers Farm Primary School, who received Employee of the Month for July.
Melanie joined Cityserve in 2012 as a General Assistant before being made the Cook Serve Supervisor in 2017 at Colmers Farm Primary School. Since her appointment, Melanie has been involved in a pilot; introducing new Cook Serve products and improving cooking processes in Cook Serve units that have limited equipment. Through working on the pilot, Melanie has seen an increase in meal numbers and more adults are eating lunch on a daily basis. Melanie regularly gathers feedback through surveys and works closely with the student council offering tasting of new products, to create menus the students want to eat. Client Manager Claire Pettit commented “Mel is one to watch for the future, a rising star!”
