Birmingham City Council operated car parks

Pay & Display parking

All car parks are open for use at all times except where otherwise indicated on the notice boards. Payment must be made for parking at all times during the charging hours, even when the car park is closed.

Motorists should consult the board next to the Pay & Display ticket machines for details of the exact prices and charging hours as these vary between car parks (and may be altered). At pay on foot car parks the charges are provided at the car park entrance and by the pay station.

The charges are usually revised each year.

Motorists are advised to carry a supply of 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, and £1 coins in order to make payment. On arrival at a Pay & Display car park a ticket must be purchased from a machine and displayed in the front windscreen of the vehicle.

Park and Pay by Phone is available at certain car parks and enable payment for parking using debit & credit cards.
