Children's Services in Birmingham are delivered according to the five key outcomes identified in the Children Act 2004. These five outcomes ensure that children and young people are able to:

Family Services Directory

Please contact the Family Information Service for information on activities and services for children,young people and their families.

The Family Information Service can also give support through it's Brokerage Service to families where parents and carers are experiencing particular difficulty in accessing services.
