B.STRONG provides organisational development support and capacity building training to voluntary organisations and community groups based in Birmingham.
Our Mission:
B.STRONG will:
 | Provide opportunities to build and strengthen community group structures and procedures |
| Enable community groups to contribute towards meeting the needs of their neighbourhoods |
| Support groups in taking effective action and a lead role in their communities |

B.STRONG actively encourages participation of all section of the community by taking the following steps:
| 1. | Training Courses are delivered in a culturally/religiously sensitive manner. |
| 2. | B.STRONG particularly encourages learners from Black and Minority Ethnic communities to attend training courses |
| 3. | The B.STRONG team encourages participation of learners needing support with written and numerical information |
| 4. | If there is a particular issue that organisations/individuals want B.STRONG to include in training course contents, applicants are requested to contact the B.STRONG Project Co-ordinator, Ladywood Arts & Leisure Centre, 316 Monument Road, Birmimgham, B16 8TR |
