Advice for new applicants

Need for new applicants to demonstrate they came to the UK as children.

Applicants for hackney carriage and private hire licences who came to the UK as minors and have been resident ever since will not be required to obtain any certificates of good conduct, but should provide proof they did so or the application process may be delayed.
