Attached below is our Annual Report to Tenants 2010/11.

The report sets out the service we have provided; the money we have spent and is an honest account of how we have performed against the standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and how this compared to other organisations during 2010/11. It also looks forward, describing how we plan to improve our service during 2011/12.
